Different types of search engines
- A search Engine is a program that allows you to search
the Internet for information.
- A Hit describes when a search engine finds a match on
the Internent.
- A regular searh engine, like google or yahoo!,search the
internet base on,a given search term and orders them by
relevance.
- A meta search engine, searches many search engine at
the same time.
